Description

We're building GOTT DENIM, an inclusive denim brand focused on fit consistency and a lean pilot launch in 2026 (prototyping and fit testing in progress).

I’m looking for a Finance/Analytics Co-Founder (CFO/COO track) to be my counterpart: numbers, structure, and decision-making.

You’ll own

  • Unit economics + pricing (COGS, margins, scenarios)
  • Financial model + forecasting (cashflow, runway, budgets)
  • Inventory/production planning + KPI dashboards
  • Funding readiness (investor math, data room basics)

You’re a fit if you

  • Have experience in FP&A / consulting / investment analysis / startup ops / e-com finance
  • Can build models in Excel/Sheets and turn data into clear decisions
  • Want real ownership (not just advice)

Logistics: equity-based (no salary at start), part-time to full-time around funding. Prague or remote EU (hybrid welcome).
