A role in a 1–5 person startup in Madrid or Barcelona where I can contribute across product validation, operations, user research, and growth experiments. I’m looking for hands-on responsibility — not a structured internship.

High-agency operator. I take ownership, move fast, and handle messy work. User interviews, onboarding friction, market research, outreach, ops cleanup. Calm in ambiguity, biased to action. Flexible on structure if learning curve and impact are high.
